I recently had a discussion with my brother, Tom, about my ritual for preparing my voice and body for performance. He is the author of an excellent blog on performance called "Owning the Stage" and is writing a series of articles on what to do with yourself in the last 30 minutes before getting onstage. He has taken the content of our discussion and beautifully mixed it with his own experience and knowledge. Check it out here: Free the Voice. |
