Do you struggle to speak up for yourself? Is feeling anger uncomfortable? Or do you ignore things that irritate you until you explode?
Your fight response (of fight-or-flight) is healthy and useful for protecting yourself and setting clear boundaries, and you can learn to feel more comfortable with it. You can also learn to safely connect your voice to your fight response so you can communicate with strength and integrity.
The Reclaim Your Roar workshop will give you tools to feel, express and discharge the energy of fight-or-flight so you can feel safe and powerful in your own body. To be accessible to everyone, it will be offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. You will need a yoga mat and zafu (dense pillow for meditation), comfortable clothes with layers including warm socks, and a cozy blanket. Open to female-identifying participants at this stage.
